Julie has owned and operated multiple businesses from a thriving yoga studio to holistic life coaching business. They have presented her with more challenges than she could've ever anticipated, but also given her the opportunity to grow, learn, and evolve. She has learned to embrace discomfort, accept it as part of the process and welcome the lessons it has to offer.
